Privacy Policy

This document explains what the KAP website (a product of Kara Pardazan Energy Smart) collects, why, and what control you have over it.

1. What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, one contact route (phone or email), the site type, and the description you write. Nothing else is collected silently.

2. What we do not collect

• No tracking cookies. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookie.
• No third-party resources — no Google Fonts, no ad scripts, no social pixels.
• No electricity data is read from anywhere automatically.

The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, kept in your own localStorage and never sent to us.

3. Where form data goes

It is used solely to answer that request and is kept in the company's customer records. It is never sold or rented, never used for bulk marketing, and is seen only by the technical and sales staff handling your request.

4. Retention

Requests are kept for at most 24 months after the last contact and then deleted, unless a contractual relationship exists, in which case statutory record-keeping applies.

5. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email info@karapardazan.ir; we answer within one working week.

6. Security

Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Please do not send sensitive data (passwords, banking details) through the form — we will never ask for it.
